3.3 Course Cancellation by RishikulEdu
If a course or batch is cancelled by RishikulEdu for any reason, enrolled students will be eligible for a full refund or may choose to transfer to another course.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- You have accessed course content (videos, PDFs, live classes, or materials)
- You attended one or more live classes
- Change of mind after purchase
- Inability to attend classes due to personal reasons
- Poor internet connection or device-related issues
- Partial completion of the course
- Failure to complete the course within the validity period

5. Refund Request Time Limit
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

- Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways

Any payment gateway or bank charges (if applicable) are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
